Vize BPO is currently hiring a Verification Officer for its Islamabad I-9/3 office. This full-time, on-site role requires candidates to work night shifts aligned with U.S. time zones. The position suits individuals with six months to one year of relevant experience, although fresh graduates with the right attitude and skills are also welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities
– Conduct outbound verification calls to clients and customers using established scripts.
– Accurately update and maintain data within the CRM system.
– Ensure all communications meet quality assurance standards.
– Identify and promptly report any inconsistencies or issues to the team lead.
– Consistently meet daily call volume targets and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
Required Qualifications
– Strong spoken English with effective communication skills.
– Confident, energetic, and target-driven personality.
– Basic computer skills, including typing, email handling, and familiarity with CRM software.
– Willingness to work night shifts aligned with U.S. time zones.
– Open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with up to one year of relevant experience.
