Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Junior Accountant to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related accounting field and must be proficient in QuickBooks software. This role is based near Faisal Town, Lahore, and preference will be given to candidates who live in or near this area. The working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, providing a structured and consistent schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage daily accounting tasks using QuickBooks software to ensure accurate financial data entry.
– Maintain and update financial records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with accounting standards.
– Assist in preparing financial reports and statements to support management decisions.
– Support the accounting team with reconciliations, bookkeeping, and other routine accounting activities.
– Efficiently handle invoices, payments, and track expenses to maintain smooth financial operations.
– Collaborate with other departments to facilitate seamless financial processes across the organization.
Required Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or an accounting-related discipline.
– Strong proficiency in QuickBooks software is essential.
– Basic understanding of fundamental accounting principles and practices.
– Ability to commit to full-time work hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
– Reliable transportation or willingness to relocate to Lahore, specifically near Faisal Town, to ensure punctual attendance.
