Key Responsibilities:
– Greet visitors promptly and direct them to the appropriate personnel or departments.
– Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
– Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently.
– Maintain a clean, tidy, and inviting reception area at all times.
– Perform basic administrative and clerical duties to support office operations.
Required Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
