Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of advanced electronic and mechanical equipment at customer sites (airports, government buildings, and more)
Maintain detailed service records and documentation for all field activities
Provide exceptional customer support, ensuring high satisfaction and prompt resolution of technical issues
Participate in product training and cross-functional projects to continuously expand your knowledge
Collaborate with senior engineers and technical teams to resolve complex problems and deliver innovative solutions
Manage repair parts and ensure all tools and test equipment are properly maintained

What We’re Looking For:
Recent graduate with an Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering (or a related field)
Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn new technologies
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to read and interpret electrical/mechanical schematics
Customer-focused mindset and a proactive, team-oriented attitude
Willingness to travel at short notice within Pakistan
