Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering experience or related work experience.
OR
Master’s degree in Engineering or related field and 1+ year of Hardware Engineering experience or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Engineering or related field.
Successful candidate for this position will join a hardware design team in Hyderabad developing smartphones and reference HW platforms, utilizing Qualcomm Chipsets.
Responsibilities will include high-speed board design, signal integrity and PDN analysis and simulation. Successful candidate should work with cross functional teams: CAD, Mechanical, Chip Design, SW and manufacturing.
Candidates should have 4 to 8 years experience in designing high speed hardware reference boards, for smartphones. Hands on experience in high speed board design including processors, DDR, eMMC, Display, Camera sensors, MIPI, DSI, CSI, HDMI interface, PCI express.
Additional desired skills include: knowledge of transmission lines, cross talk, decoupling, low-power supply design, and layout of high performance PCBs.
Strong signal integrity and PDN Analysis experience are desired.
