Delux Amenities is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Order Booker to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting retail outlets, taking orders accurately, preparing invoices, and ensuring timely delivery. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to maintain excellent customer relationships and help achieve sales targets. Prior experience in FMCG or sales support is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take and process customer orders efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and prepare invoices
- Coordinate with delivery and internal teams to ensure order fulfillment
- Build and nurture strong relationships with retailers and customers
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer demands
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
