Job description
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The Receptionist will manage front desk operations, handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and welcome visitors professionally and courteously.
* Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
* Manage visitor logbook and issue visitor badges where necessary.
* Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
* Provide general administrative support such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
* Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth communication.
* Handle inquiries from clients, customers, and employees efficiently.
Qualifications & Skills:
• High school diploma or equivalen (can be adjusted to your requirements)
* Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in a similar role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
