    We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional technical support and service to our clients across various industries. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of equipment and systems. Your ability to communicate effectively and work independently will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Conduct on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance of equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.
    2. Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
    3. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored technical support and training.
    4. Document all service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions.
    5. Stay updated on new technologies and industry trends to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
    6. Provide feedback to the engineering team regarding product performance and areas for improvement.
    7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
    8. Assist in the development of user manuals and technical documentation for equipment and systems.
    9. Participate in training sessions and workshops to continually enhance technical skills and knowledge.
    10. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all service activities.

    Preferred Candidate:

    1. Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role, with a strong background in troubleshooting and repair.
    2. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and work under pressure.
    3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
    4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and service schedules.
    5. Technical proficiency in relevant equipment and systems, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
    6. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
    7. Flexibility to travel frequently to client sites as needed.
    8. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
    9. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
    10. A degree in engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
