KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead sales efforts, ensuring consistent growth across target regions.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, digital channels, partnerships, and industry networks.
- Develop compelling business cases, proposals, and value propositions tailored to client pain points and industry needs.
- Collaborate with engineering, solution architecture, and marketing teams to design technology solutions aligned with business goals.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery to negotiation and contract closure.
- Conduct detailed market and competitor analysis to refine go-to-market strategies and uncover emerging opportunities.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers at client organizations.
- Maintain and expand the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting of revenue metrics.
- Represent the company in client meetings, virtual demos, and global tech events to enhance brand credibility and market presence.
- Provide continuous market feedback to influence service development and pricing strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in international B2B sales or business development for software development, SaaS, IT outsourcing, or digital transformation services.
- Proven success in generating and closing high-value contracts with clients in overseas markets.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, SDLC models, and modern technologies (e.g., Web, Mobile, Cloud, AI).
- Demonstrated ability to create and communicate business value through consultative and solution-based selling.
- Experience in building strategic account relationships and managing complex sales cycles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proactive and self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for revenue outcomes.
- Adept at cross-cultural communication and comfortable working with distributed, remote teams.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills.
