Job description
We are seeking a highly organized and multilingual professional to provide dedicated support to senior management. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Chinese and English (Urdu is a strong plus), with exceptional communication and coordination skills. In this role, you will play a critical part in facilitating high-level business communication, managing schedules, and supporting strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain communication and collaborative relationships with local enterprises.
- Act as a communication bridge for overseas and domestic business interactions, coordinate and arrange various meetings for domestic and international teams, and promote cross-cultural collaboration.
- Efficiently execute tasks assigned by domestic management, respond promptly, and provide translation services in Chinese, English (and Urdu), including document translation and interpretation, to support both online and offline communication domestically and internationally.
- Assist in strategic planning, decision-making support, and project coordination.
- Liaise with various departments and international partners to ensure smooth business operations.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professional integrity.
Skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Water Resources, Agriculture, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Chinese-invested enterprises, with proven ability to communicate effectively with Chinese personnel.
- Preferred experience in translation, interpretation, administrative assistance, business management, or international work environments.
- Fluency in spoken Chinese and English; proficiency in written Chinese and English. Knowledge of Urdu is an advantage.
- Willingness to undertake occasional business travel, strong time management skills, and excellent execution abilities.
- Strong communication and business development skills, with excellent interpersonal abilities to interact and collaborate with senior management and global partners.
- Proactive, responsible, and positive work attitude, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant office tools.
