International sales business development executives

    Salary: 40,000 – 50,000

    Role Overview

    You will be the first point of contact in our outbound international sales effort. Your role is to:

    Make cold calls, send outreach emails and messages and engage prospects across international markets.
    Qualify leads, set appointments/demos for the senior sales team.
    Research target companies and markets to build relevant prospect lists.
    Manage and update CRM with calls, status, next steps.
    Hit weekly/monthly outreach & conversion targets and collaborate with marketing for improving messaging.

    Requirements

    1–3 years experience in B2B sales, business development or tele‑sales — preferably with an international dimension.
    Proven experience with cold calling/outbound lead generation.
    Excellent verbal and written English. Additional language(s) is a plus.
    Comfortable working independently and in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.
    Familiarity with CRM tools and outreach platforms.
    Goal‑oriented, resilient, self‑starter attitude.
