Job description
Eligibility:
- Minimum Bachelor’s preferably Master’s in Finance/ Banking and Finance from a reputable university / institute recognized by HEC.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in credit analysis/ review.
Responsibilities:
- To develop business from new and existing clients, through strategic penetration into identified market / sectors.
- Maintaining and enhancing relationship with key customers accounts and prospective customers to ensure business continuity and growth.
- Managing assigned risk assets portfolio in line with bank standards of quality and profitability.
- Monitoring risk and ensuring the bank’s relationship strategies is in line with the portfolio and industry quality. Recommending credit facilities, within prescribed limits after a comprehensive analysis.
- Analyzing financial statements of borrower in order to assess credit worthiness and prepare credit proposals for review and approval of senior management.
- Visiting client to assess business operations and prepare visit reports.
- Completing facility and security documents as per approval, compliance of shariah guidelines and process flow.
Skills Required:
- Robust financial analysis abilities, proficiency in credit and industry specific knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Problem solving, good written and verbal communication skills.
