B.Tech / M.Tech with 10 years experience
Experience in Machine Shop or Special Processes
Leadership and Interpersonal skills

Ensure conformity through PPAP and quality control.
Mastery of plan reading and tolerancing

Initiate plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs.
Creation and implementation of production strategies, processes, procedures and instructions to improve operational performance.
Develop and implement engineering tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality, maintenance, and other operational reports, to detect production problems.
Drive continuous improvement activities in quality, cycle times, process improvement, machine availability, consumables through lean techniques and value engineering to enhance the capability of existing processes and remove waste
Make sure that engineering team has the required competency and if needed engage the necessary actions or trainings.
Manage improvement drives such as 5’S, kaizen and continues improvement activities, safety and risks.
Coach the team about Manufacturing Standards, Best practices, Participative innovation, Continuous improvement and encourage for sharing of ideas.
