Client Support Agent

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: Rs50,000.00 per month

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Make outbound sales and cold calls to prospective clients.
    • Communicate professionally with clients and government agencies in the US and Canada.
    • Document management, data entry in Salesforce environment
    • Ensure timely and accurate execution of assigned tasks.

    Requirements:

    • Must have access to a quiet room, reliable computer, high-speed internet, and power backup.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or client support role, preferably with US or Canadian Clients
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
    • Familiarity with Gmail, Google Drive, and Salesforce is a strong advantage.
    • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
    • A Bachelor’s degree is required.
