Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound sales and cold calls to prospective clients.
- Communicate professionally with clients and government agencies in the US and Canada.
- Document management, data entry in Salesforce environment
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- Must have access to a quiet room, reliable computer, high-speed internet, and power backup.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or client support role, preferably with US or Canadian Clients
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with Gmail, Google Drive, and Salesforce is a strong advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
