    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our online education products and services to prospective customers. You will work closely with both inbound and outbound leads to drive new business opportunities, build long-term relationships, and exceed sales targets in the rapidly expanding e-learning industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and Prospect: Use a combination of inbound leads, cold calling, and strategic outreach to identify prospective clients in need of online learning solutions.
    • Consultative Selling: Engage with potential customers to understand their educational needs and offer personalized online course and certification solutions.
    • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to key decision-makers (B2B/B2C), showcasing the value and benefits of our online education programs.
    • Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals, generating revenue through new customer acquisition and upselling existing accounts.
    • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize CRM software to track interactions, follow up on leads, and maintain an organized pipeline of sales opportunities.
    • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and new technologies to provide relevant feedback and stay competitive in the marketplace.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with customer support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and to create tailored solutions.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in online educatione-learning, or EdTech industry (2+ years preferred).
    • Strong understanding of the online learning landscape and education technology solutions.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
    • A customer-centric approach with the ability to build lasting relationships.
    • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales tracking tools.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field (preferred but not required).
