Marketing Specialist

    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

    Pay: Rs20,000.00 – Rs65,575.00 per month

    Job Summary:

    As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires a versatile marketer who can handle everything from branding and content creation to digital marketing, social media management, and campaign execution. You will work across multiple brands, ensuring each client receives tailored marketing solutions that align with their goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for our company and client businesses.
    • Manage branding, positioning, and messaging across all marketing channels.
    • Oversee social media accounts, content creation, and engagement strategies.
    • Create and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and paid social media.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine marketing approaches.
    • Manage website updates, landing pages, and conversion funnels to enhance user experience.
    • Develop marketing collateral, press releases, and blog content as needed.
    • Track key performance metrics (KPIs) and generate reports to measure campaign effectiveness.
    • Coordinate with team members to execute marketing initiatives.
    • Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in marketing
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.
    • Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
    • Fluent in English.
    • Experience in managing facebook ads, google ads, linkedin ads, etc.
    • Experience managing multiple brands or clients simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, or similar.
    • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
    • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
    • Creativity, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset

    Experience:

    • Marketing: 3 years (Preferred)

    • English (Preferred)
