    About the Role

    H&H Holiday Homes is seeking a proactive, organized, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant (VA) to support our property management and guest coordination operations in Dubai. You’ll assist in handling guest communications, coordinating bookings, updating internal systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day flow of tasks.

    This role is perfect for someone who’s detail-oriented, responsive, and eager to be part of a dynamic hospitality business—even while working remotely.

    Key Responsibilities

    Guest & Booking Support

    • Monitor Airbnb, Booking.com, and direct channels for inquiries and new bookings
    • Respond to guest messages promptly and professionally (pre-check-in, in-stay, post-check-out)
    • Update check-in/check-out trackers and inform local teams of arrival schedules
    • Assist with resolving guest issues by coordinating with the on-ground support team

    Property Coordination

    • Help manage onboarding checklists for new properties
    • Upload or update property listings and details (descriptions, amenities, photos) on Airbnb and other platforms
    • Schedule cleaning, maintenance, and inspections with vendors or team leads

    Admin & Reporting

    • Maintain internal trackers (revenue, bookings, reviews, occupancy)
    • Record guest reviews and flag negative ones for follow-up
    • Prepare weekly status updates for the founders
    • Assist with light bookkeeping and receipt logging

    Communication & Follow-ups

    • Follow up with guests for reviews and repeat bookings
    • Send reminders to the in-field team when tasks are due (via WhatsApp, Trello, or CRM)

    Ideal Candidate

    • 1–2 years experience as a virtual assistant, guest services associate, or admin support (hospitality or real estate a plus)
    • Fluent in English; written and spoken communication must be polished and professional
    • Familiar with Airbnb, Booking.com, Google Drive, WhatsApp Web, and Excel
    • Organized, reliable, and responsive during UAE business hours
    • Problem-solver who can handle minor issues without always needing escalation

    Work Hours

    • Flexible, but must be available during key UAE hours (9 AM–6 PM GST)
    • Some weekend or evening availability preferred for guest check-in/check-out coordination

    Compensation

    • Paid monthly via Wise or bank transfer
    • 1-month paid trial before long-term engagement
    • Bonus opportunities based on performance and guest satisfaction
