Overview
We’re seeking a highly skilled Automation & Integration Engineer to design, build, and maintain advanced integrations between our security, monitoring, and SOAR platforms. This role will focus on connecting NinjaOne, SIRP, SentinelOne, and other tools to automate incident response, endpoint management, and compliance workflows using APIs, scripting, and AI logic.
Key Responsibilities
· • Build and maintain bi-directional integrations between NinjaOne, SIRP, SentinelOne, Microsoft 365, and SIEM/EDR tools.
· • Use REST APIs, webhooks, and Python/PowerShell to automate data exchange, ticket creation, and incident correlation.
· • Design and implement AI-assisted playbooks for alert enrichment, IOC sweeps, patch failure clustering, and auto-remediation.
· • Automate response actions such as isolating endpoints, deploying patches, disabling accounts, and sending notifications.
· • Normalize telemetry from NinjaOne and SentinelOne into SIRP’s CMDB and incident tables.
· • Write PowerShell, Python, and Bash scripts for baseline enforcement, patch validation, and IOC sweeps.
· • Integrate generative AI (e.g., OpenAI, Copilot) for ticket summaries, automated RCA drafts, and predictive maintenance.
· • Ensure all automation aligns with SOC 2 and CIS controls.
· • Manage credentials, API tokens, and service accounts securely using vault technologies.
Required Skills & Experience
· • 3–5+ years in IT, cybersecurity, or MSP automation roles.
· • Hands-on experience with NinjaOne, SIRP, SentinelOne, Microsoft 365, or similar tools.
· • Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and OAuth2.
· • Scripting in Python, PowerShell, Bash, or JavaScript (Node.js).
· • Familiarity with Azure Functions, AWS Lambda, or serverless architectures.
· • Understanding of SOC 2, NIST CSF, and CIS security frameworks.
Preferred Skills
· • Experience building SOAR playbooks or RMM automations.
· • Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks such as OpenAI API, LangChain, or Azure OpenAI.
· • Familiarity with NinjaOne’s and SIRP’s API libraries or SDKs.
· • Exposure to data pipelines and visualization tools like Power BI or Datadog.
Example Projects
· • Integrate NinjaOne alerts into SIRP incidents and auto-create remediation tickets.
· • Develop PowerShell script packs for endpoint hardening and IOC sweeps.
· • Build an AI-driven SLA breach predictor for managed services.
· • Automate SOC 2 compliance reporting from monitoring data.
