    Job description

    Drive product performance through effective execution of strategy through and impactful interactions with HCPs as per plan to achieve sales targets and other lead KPIs while demonstrating GSK values.

    Education, Skills & Experience

    • Pharm – D or Medical Science Graduate is required for this role.
    • 1-2 years of experience in pharma selling with proven performance track record.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to develop strong ties with KOLs.
    • Strong pharma industry knowledge along with understanding of key players in therapy areas.
    • Proficient in data analytics and CRM.
    • Disease state & patient journey knowledge.
    • Strong selling skills.

    Responsibilities

    • Deliver ambitious sales targets and drive business performance in assigned territory.
    • Execute and conduct unique HCP engagement initiatives to build product advocacy and to drive incremental sales growth.
    • Deliver Effective and impactful sales calls to convert customers using Patient Focused Selling Model to achieve business objectives.
    • Ensure delivery of all sales lead KPIs to drive performance
    • Build strong relationships with KOLs to drive brand advocacy
    • Identify customer journey stage for each HCP and set specific call objectives for each account based on customer journey.
    • Accurately identify customer and industry trends and sales opportunities within the territory using data and other insights.
    • Conduct customer segmentation and targeting and ensure HCP lists are up to date
    • Elevate customer experiences through delivery of exceptional omnichannel implementation.
    • Provide added value to customers by extending exceptional customers services to the total account.
    • Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of disease area, products, and those of competitors to address HCP queries
    • Observe and monitor competitor’s activities in the local market and develop action plans to increase market share
    • Role model GSK values and demonstrate high integrity
