We are looking for a qualified and experienced Male Site Engineer to join our team for our ongoing and upcoming building projects in Lahore.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in:
- Building construction works (structure & finishing)
- Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works
- Must be a resident of Lahore
- Must own a smartphone
- Must have personal conveyance
- Must be expert in supervising civil & MEP works independently
- Ability to read drawings, BOQs, and ensure site implementation as per specifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site activities related to civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and labor for smooth execution of work
- Track work progress and update reporting systems (daily/weekly)
- Conduct quantity measurements and assist in verifying contractor bills
- Monitor quality control, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Report directly to the Project Manager or Site In-charge
Skills - Strong understanding of building construction techniques, materials, and sequencing
- Good knowledge of MEP systems (plumbing, HVAC, electrical) and their coordination with civil works
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
- Proficient in site layout planning, manpower management, and resource allocation
- Skilled in quality control, safety standards, and on-site troubleshooting
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and use of mobile-based site apps (if any)
- Strong communication and coordination skills with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for site progress and reporting
- Good understanding of project deadlines and time management
