    We are seeking a polite, organized, and customer-focused Call Center Receptionist to manage inbound and outbound calls, greet visitors when applicable, and provide accurate information to clients. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for the company, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all callers and visitors.

    Key Responsibilities

    Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.

    Route calls to the appropriate departments or staff members.

    Provide accurate information about company services, policies, and procedures.

    Schedule appointments and manage call logs.

    Take detailed messages and ensure timely follow-ups.

    Handle customer inquiries and basic complaints courteously.

    Required Qualifications

    High school diploma or intermediate (preferred).

    1–2 years of experience in a call center or receptionist role (preferred).

    Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.

    Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems).

    Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.

    Professional attitude and appearance.

    Ability to work under pressure.
