We’re looking for a high-energy, highly motivated Mid-Level Product Manager with 1–4 years of experience (ideally around 2 years) to take full ownership of end-to-end product development. You will drive features from:
Initial concept → User discovery → Definition → Execution → Launch → Performance tracking.
This role requires strong product sense, analytical depth, and the ability to champion your features across engineering, design, marketing, and leadership.
What You’ll Own
- Lead end-to-end feature development, ensuring smooth delivery from ideation to launch and iteration.
- Drive problem discovery through product analytics, user insights, and market understanding.
- Utilize tools like Microsoft Clarity, Amplitude, and GA4 to uncover behaviors, diagnose issues, and measure impact.
- Create and present data-driven product analyses, reports, and dashboards to stakeholders.
- Partner with design and engineering to prioritize, scope, and ship meaningful product improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing on go-to-market (GTM) planning, messaging, and launch execution.
- Defend product decisions with clear reasoning and evidence during reviews and discussions.
- Own your roadmap, writing clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage timelines, risks, and cross-functional alignment to deliver predictable results.
- Monitor post-launch performance and continuously iterate based on data and user needs.
