* Find and book loads for our car haulers
* Build long-term relationships with shippers and drivers
* Manage driver schedules and ensure smooth operations
* Negotiate profitable rates and keep things running on track

* Base salary + commission (earning potential **50K – 200K+ PKR**)
* Promotions available up to **Director/Manager level**
* Experienced top performers can earn up to **PKR 500K**

* Work hours: **4 PM – 6 AM (Pakistan Time)** — flexible for the right candidate
* **Remote:** Work from anywhere with a stable internet connection
* **On-Site:** Work from our Pakistan office in a professional, team-oriented environment
