The HR Business Partner Supply Chain will play a key role in aligning people strategies with operational goals, ensuring effective workforce planning, capability development, performance management, and compliance. The position is critical in fostering a high-performance, engaged, and safe plant environment that supports operational excellence and business sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to Supply Chain leadership, aligning HR initiatives with operational priorities.
- Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and capability enhancement for all plant functions.
- Drive performance managementincluding KPI alignment, assessments, coaching, and reviews.
- Strengthen technical and behavioral competencies through training, talent pipelines, and succession planning.
- Build strong talent pools for engineering and technical operations.
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, and compliance to maintain a strong work culture.
- Lead employee engagement and safety culture initiatives across supply chain teams.
- Support change management, process optimization, and operational restructuring.
- Collaborate with TA teams for quality hiring and effective onboarding.
- Optimize headcount planning for seasonal and off-season operations.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Human Resources / Business Administration from a reputable institution.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skill
Experiance :
Minimum 12 years of progressive HR experience,
Strong background in plant HR, technical workforce management, and capability development.
Proven ability to work closely with operational leaders in fast-paced environments.
Expertise in HR partnering, employee relations, workforce planning, and performance management.
