Dispatch Sales Representative
Location: Lahore
Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Job Description:
• Acquire new clients in the U.S. market
• Close sales and meet targets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality dispatch services with long-term client trust
Requirements:
• Fluent in English (spoken & written)
• Strong sales skills with a persuasive personality
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (U.S. logistics market preferred)
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and results-oriented
Skills
- Cold Calling & Outreach – Confident in pitching services via phone, email, or social media.
- Negotiation – Skilled at closing deals, handling objections, and securing long-term contracts.
- Relationship Building – Building trust and maintaining client loyalty.
- Target Orientation – Consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent spoken and written English (since most clients are U.S.-based).
- Active Listening – Understanding client needs and tailoring solutions.
- Presentation Skills – Explaining dispatch services clearly and persuasively.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Experience with load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to maintain sales reports and client databases.
