Senior Ad Operations Specialist

    Salary: 40,000 – 80,000

    • Lead & Oversee Campaign Delivery
      • Manage the end-to-end delivery of digital ad campaigns, from setup and trafficking to optimization and reporting, across in-house and third-party platforms.
      • Supervise and mentor the Ad Operations team, providing guidance on best practices, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
    • Platform & Technical Execution
      • Set up, traffic, and monitor campaigns across:
        • YallaMotor’s in-house native placements
        • Google Ad Manager (GAM)
        • Google Campaign Manager 360 (CM360) or agency-provided ad servers
        • Third-party networks (e.g., Amazon, Criteo, etc.)
      • Build and configure ad units, orders, and line items with correct targeting and priority settings.
    • Tracking, Measurement & Quality Control
      • Implement and validate tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and third-party trackers to ensure accurate measurement.
      • Troubleshoot creative, delivery, and tracking issues across all placements.
      • Leverage GTM, GA4, CM360, and verification tools to monitor performance and compliance.
    • Experience: 3+ years in Ad Operations, Ad Tech, or Digital Campaign Delivery, with proven experience leading or mentoring a team.
    • Hands-On Tools Expertise:
      • Google Ad Manager (GAM) – including building ad units, orders, and line items.
      • Google Campaign Manager 360 (CM360).
      • Google Tag Manager (GTM).
      • Google Analytics (GA4).
      • 3rd-party trackers (Floodlights, DoubleClick, UTMs, custom pixels).
    • Technical Knowledge:
      • Strong understanding of tagging, click trackers, macros, and attribution.
      • HTML and JavaScript familiarity is a strong advantage.
