Learning and Development Manager

    Salary: 60,000

    We are looking for a Learning & Development Manager with 10+ years of experience in tech-driven organizations to own and drive the organization’s learning strategy, leadership development, and cloud certification programs (AWS & Azure).

    QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, CS, Psychology, Education, or related field.
    • 10+ years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of designing and delivering training programs, preferably within a software house or technology-driven organization.
    • Proven experience managing cloud certification programs (AWS/Azure) from an enablement perspective.
    • Strong command of LMS platforms, digital learning tools, and content creation.
    • Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
    • Ability to take full ownership and deliver results with minimal supervision.
    • L&D or Organizational Development certifications are a strong plus.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Learning Strategy & Needs Assessment: Lead organization-wide Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and define learning priorities aligned with business goals.
    • Program Design & Delivery: Design and deliver leadership, soft skills, and professional development programs.
    • Certification & Learning Path Management: Own and manage cloud certification initiatives, including learning paths, vendor coordination, and certification tracking.
    • Training Operations & Planning: Plan, manage, and maintain the annual learning calendar, ensuring timely execution of training programs, workshops, and certification initiatives.
    • Learning Impact & Continuous Improvement: Measure training impact using data, feedback, and performance outcomes; drive continuous improvement.
