    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Specialist based in Islamabad. The Call Center Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing customer support, managing contact center operations, and ensuring high levels of customer service. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer queries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. The specialist will also use various computer tools and software to assist customers efficiently.

    Qualifications
    • Customer Support, Customer Service, and Contact Centers skills
    • Strong Communication skills
    • Computer Literacy and ability to use various software tools
    • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
    • Ability to work well in a team and independently
    • Experience in a similar role is beneficial
    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus
