Client Support Officer

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: Rs60,000.00 – Rs70,000.00 per month

    Requirements

    Age: 30 – 35 years

    Education: O/A Level background with a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (required)

    Experience: 3–4 years of proven experience in Public Relations, Client Relations, or Communication roles

    Industry Background: Preference for candidates with prior work experience in the UAE, BPO sector, or UK/USA-based firms

    Additional: Call center experience will be considered a strong advantage

    Key Responsibilities

    Handle all client inquiries related to business setup and government services in the UAE.

    Guide clients through the process of:

    Company formation

    Tax registration

    Visa processing

    Bank account opening procedures

    Legal documentation and compliance requirements

    Prepare, review, and submit required documentation to government portals

    Ensure all communication with clients is prompt, professional, and accurate.

    Stay updated with UAE business regulations, Freezone policies, and immigration rules.

    Maintain a high level of confidentiality, accuracy, and client satisfaction throughout the entire process.

    Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.

    Professional demeanor with strong organizational and multitasking skills

    Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
