Job description
We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative/Virtual Assistant to support our team on-site. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively in English. Basic knowledge of Excel and office software is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain CRM systems and document ongoing projects
- Create and follow up on offers and invoices
- Format and update presentations and business documents
- Organize appointments, business trips, and online meetings
- Support webinars and events (invitations, follow-ups, participant coordination)
- Assist with marketing tasks such as newsletter setup, website updates, and LinkedIn posts

Requirements
- Applicants must be located in or surrounding areas of Bahria Town, Lahore
- Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative, Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or similar role
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other office tools
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
