    Job description

    We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative/Virtual Assistant to support our team on-site. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively in English. Basic knowledge of Excel and office software is required.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain CRM systems and document ongoing projects
    • Create and follow up on offers and invoices
    • Format and update presentations and business documents
    • Organize appointments, business trips, and online meetings
    • Support webinars and events (invitations, follow-ups, participant coordination)
    • Assist with marketing tasks such as newsletter setup, website updates, and LinkedIn posts

    Skills

    Requirements

    • Applicants must be located in or surrounding areas of Bahria Town, Lahore
    • Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative, Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or similar role
    • Excellent written and spoken English
    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other office tools
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
