Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to grow brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Manage and optimize social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.) including content planning, posting, and community engagement.
- Plan, run, and monitor paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms to drive conversions and reach.
- Coordinate with creative, design, and content teams to develop compelling marketing materials aligned with campaign objectives.
- Analyze campaign and social media performance metrics, preparing regular reports on KPIs such as engagement, reach, CTR, and conversions.
- Ensure consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all digital and social channels.
- Track digital trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to inform campaign decisions and identify new opportunities.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively to ensure cost-efficient performance across all campaigns.
- Support in developing email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional content.
- Collaborate with SEO and web teams to align digital campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
- Contribute to content strategy through creative ideas for posts, blogs, and digital storytelling.
- Assist in managing partnerships, collaborations, or influencer relationships when relevant.
- Participate in periodic reviews to refine marketing strategy and improve ROI.
- Proven experience managing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar).
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, content strategy, and audience engagement tactics.
- Proficiency with analytics and campaign management tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Excellent copywriting, communication, and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
