This role is fully remote but requires awareness of Dubai’s luxury, holiday home, and real estate space. You will work closely with the founders and have a direct impact on our growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop monthly digital marketing plans aligned with business goals
- Own and manage the content calendar across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook and others)
- Propose and run campaigns for new listings, guest promos, landlord outreach
Social Media Execution
- Write engaging captions, choose hashtags, and maintain brand voice
- Design stories, reels, and carousels (using Canva or CapCut/InShot)
- Schedule and publish content consistently
- Monitor DMs, comments, and community engagement
Digital Marketing
- Build and run basic email marketing campaigns for guests and landlords (Mailchimp or similar)
- Manage WhatsApp broadcasts or SMS marketing tools
- Run basic ads (boosting on Instagram/Facebook) or coordinate with paid ad vendors
- Coordinate with designers or video editors as needed
- Maintain our brand’s online listings or profiles (Google Maps, Airbnb, real estate platforms)
Reporting & Optimization
- Track content performance, growth, leads, and ROI
- Run A/B tests (subject lines, captions, creatives) to improve performance
- Prepare weekly performance reports with insights and action items
Requirements from Applicants:
- 2+ years in social media management and digital marketing (hospitality or real estate preferred)
- Excellent written English
- Hands-on experience with Canva, Meta tools, Mailchimp, and social scheduling platforms
- Video editing skills (Reels, stories, branded posts)
- Bonus: Experience running lead generation or outreach for real estate/hospitality brands
Compensation & Contract
- Paid via Wise or bank transfer monthly
- 2-month probation
- Performance-based bonuses if lead targets are hit
