Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Strong sales skills with a persuasive personality
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (U.S. logistics market preferred)
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and results-oriented
Skills
Cold Calling & Outreach – Confident in pitching services via phone, email, or social media.
Negotiation – Skilled at closing deals, handling objections, and securing long-term contracts.
Relationship Building – Building trust and maintaining client loyalty.
Target Orientation – Consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Excellent spoken and written English (since most clients are U.S.-based).
Active Listening – Understanding client needs and tailoring solutions.
Presentation Skills – Explaining dispatch services clearly and persuasively.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
Experience with load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.) is a plus.
Ability to maintain sales reports and client databases.
