Job Description
Corsa Textile is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Etsy Virtual Assistant to manage and grow our online store. The ideal candidate will have experience with Etsy’s seller platform, product listing optimisation, SEO-friendly descriptions, customer service, and order management. You will be responsible for keeping our shop updated, improving product visibility, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and optimise Etsy product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, keywords, and tags.
Research trending products and competitor listings to identify opportunities.
Upload high-quality product images that meet Etsy’s visual standards.
Monitor and update inventory to ensure product availability.
Process customer orders, track shipments, and handle returns.
Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
Maintain high seller ratings by delivering excellent service.
Assist with running Etsy promotions, coupons, and marketing campaigns.
Skills
Desired Skills:
Prior experience as an Etsy VA or in e-commerce product listing.
Knowledge of Etsy SEO, tags, and keyword optimisation.
Strong written English skills for product descriptions and messaging.
Proficiency in basic graphic editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) for product images.
Organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
