Job Description
- Conduct external financial audits for UAE-based clients as per International Standards on Auditing (ISA)
- Review and verify financial statements, accounting records, and internal controls
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws and Corporate Tax regulations
- Prepare and finalize working papers, audit reports, and management letters
- Perform risk assessments and identify audit findings with actionable recommendations
- Coordinate with the UAE team for audit planning, execution, and completion
- Stay updated with changes in UAE tax laws and regulatory requirements
- Assist in preparing financial statements under IFRS
- Handle audit documentation and ensure timely delivery of assignments
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CA, ACCA (Finalist or Qualified) or any relevant professional certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in external auditing
- Understanding of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax (Prefereable)
- Familiarity with IFRS and ISA
