    Responsibilities:

    1. Oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
    2. Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, providing detailed analysis of variances and financial performance.
    3. Implement financial controls and policies to mitigate risks and ensure the integrity of financial reporting.
    4. Conduct regular audits and reviews of financial processes to identify areas for improvement.
    5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and drive financial performance.
    6. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and trends.
    7. Ensure timely and accurate tax compliance and reporting, liaising with external auditors as necessary.
    8. Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
    9. Monitor cash flow and working capital to optimize liquidity and financial stability.
    10. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes, adapting financial practices accordingly.

    Preferred Candidate:

    1. Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role in a corporate environment.
    2. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
    3. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed decisions.
    4. Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on mentoring and developing staff.
    5. Effective communication skills, capable of presenting financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

    7. Proficiency in financial software and tools, including ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.

    10. Professional certification (CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is preferred.
