Performance & Growth Marketer (SEO + Paid Media + Strategy)

    What you’ll do

    Own the growth funnel

    • Own the full growth lifecycle — acquisition, conversion, and retention — across all performance channels, with clear accountability for CAC, ROAS, LTV and sustainable, profitable growth.
    • Champion a deeply analytical, data-driven, and autonomous mindset — obsessing over customer value, unit economics, and sustainable growth across the entire funnel.

    Paid media (performance marketing)

    • Lead paid media fully in-house: plan, launch, manage, optimise, and scale campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and LinkedIn.
    • Set, monitor, and hit CAC and ROAS targets, constantly reallocating budget to maximise profitable channel growth.
    • Partner with the Creative Designer & Content Lead to deliver iterative, high-converting creative assets for paid media — from hooks and angles to formats and landing page pairings.

    SEO & content-led growth

    • Develop and implement a holistic SEO strategy to grow qualified organic visibility and revenue.
    • Run keyword research, on-page optimisation (titles, meta, internal linking), and ensure technical hygiene in partnership with developers.
    • Create clear, high-quality content briefs (or occasional drafts) that support SEO, thought leadership, and education around wellness, longevity, genetics, and supplements.

    Lifecycle, CRM & retention

    • Act as our Klaviyo and lifecycle marketing lead, managing flows, segmentation, and personalisation to deepen engagement and expand LTV.
    • Build and optimise onboarding, replenishment journeys, education sequences, and targeted retention tactics — with a particular focus on subscriptions and long-term customer value.
    • Coordinate lifecycle campaigns with paid and organic efforts so customers get a coherent, high-impact experience across channels.

    Analytics, tracking & dashboards

    • Set and refine KPIs across acquisition, conversion, and retention; ensure clean tracking and attribution across channels.
    • Build and refine dashboards to track channel performance, funnel metrics, attribution, and cohort behaviour.
    • Present monthly insights, key learnings, and recommended actions/forward strategy to leadership — translating performance data into clear, commercial decisions.

    Landing pages, experimentation & CRO

    • Drive landing page strategy end-to-end: collaborate with design and content on hypotheses, UX recommendations, messaging hierarchy, and test setups.
    • Shape and own the experimentation roadmap: run A/B and multivariate tests across creative, audiences, messaging, and landing pages to maximise CTR, CVR, and revenue per visitor.
    • Continuously improve funnel efficiency from ad click (or search) through to purchase and subscription, using both quantitative data and qualitative insights.

    Partnerships & international growth

    • Scout, evaluate, and discuss partnerships with international companies (creators, affiliates, distribution, co-marketing partners).
    • Coordinate with vendors and platform reps to unlock betas, credit, and support that elevate performance.
    • Support regionalisation and growth in priority markets such as the UAE — adapting channels, messaging, and offers where needed.

    Cross-functional leadership

    • Translate performance insights into clear, actionable guidance for cross-functional teams (founders, product, ops, content, creative).
    • Prioritise rapid learning cycles, fast execution, and intelligent iteration over perfection — test, learn, and scale what works.

    Must-haves

    • 3+ years hands-on experience with paid search/social and SEO, owning channels directly (not just agency coordination).
    • Strong understanding of attribution, funnels, CAC, LTV, and unit economics — comfortable having commercial conversations with founders.
    • Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and Search Console; able to set up and interpret tracking and conversion events.
    • Experience using or willingness to quickly ramp on Klaviyo (or similar lifecycle/CRM platforms) to manage flows and segmentation.
    • Exceptional English — clear, concise written communication (decks, Looms, Slack updates) and confident verbal partner/vendor comms.
    • Moves fast: plans and launches tests quickly, iterates weekly, and is highly organised and deadline-driven.
    • Comfortable working autonomously in a remote, early-stage environment where you own both the strategy and execution.
    • More experience will be rewarded with a senior title and higher compensation.

    Nice to have

    • Blog or long-form writing to support SEO (thought leadership, explainers) — or the ability to draft strong content briefs for specialist writers.
    • Experience briefing creatives for ads and landing pages; familiarity with Shopify or landing-page tools (e.g. Webflow, Unbounce, Replo, etc.).
    • Previous ownership of experimentation roadmaps: A/B testing tools, CRO frameworks, and systematic test documentation.
    • Familiarity with wellness/longevity or genetics domains; understanding of the UAE market and regional nuances.
