Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably a Master’s from an HEC-recognized institution/university.
Qualification in Islamic Finance will be an added advantage.
Experience:
4–7 years of experience in merchant acquiring, card business, or digital payments (banking or fintech).
Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, including POS systems, e-commerce acquiring, RAAST P2M and settlement processes.
- Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and handle multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Defining business requirements, user stories, and prioritizing the product backlog for POS and EPG projects.
- Driving growth strategies from planning to launch, including merchant acquisition and implementing scheme mandates (Visa, MasterCard, UPI, SBP).
- Overseeing technical and operational aspects of POS, EPG and other verticals, ensuring continuous improvement and audit compliance.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support product success and smooth operations.
- Managing portfolio profitability, analyzing MDR data, identifying sales growth areas, and monitoring KPIs.
