    What You’ll Lead and Deliver 

    • Support the development and execution of the marketing roadmap, aligned with overall business goals.
    • Assist in creating positioning and messaging based on customer profiles, buyer personas, and market needs.
    • Conduct market and competitor research to help refine go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
    • Help execute multi-channel campaigns including email, content, SEO, social media, and paid ads.
    • Assist in building and managing lead nurturing funnels using marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
    • Collaborate with product, sales, and subject matter experts to develop marketing assets like blogs, case studies, videos, landing pages, and presentations.
    • Support product marketing initiatives including product launches, sales enablement content, and battle cards.
    • Ensure consistent messaging across marketing materials and communication channels.
    • Assist in managing performance marketing platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) and monitor campaign performance.
    • Help maintain and update the company website, focusing on content, SEO, and user experience.
    • Track and report on marketing KPIs, such as lead volume, engagement, conversions, and campaign ROI.
    • Contribute to brand awareness efforts including social media engagement, thought leadership, and community building.
    • Participate in industry webinars, trade shows, and internal marketing events.

    Requirements

    To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have: 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
    • MBA with 1 – 2 years of experience or bachelor’s with 3 years of experience
    • Basic understanding of marketing funnels, CRM systems, and MQLs.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing, demand gen, and content strategy.
    • Creative thinker with a learning mindset and attention to detail.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Eagerness to learn and contribute to cross-functional teams.
    • Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, LinkedIn Ads.
