Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
Route calls to the appropriate departments or staff members.
Provide accurate information about company services, policies, and procedures.
Schedule appointments and manage call logs.
Take detailed messages and ensure timely follow-ups.
Handle customer inquiries and basic complaints courteously.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or intermediate (preferred).
1–2 years of experience in a call center or receptionist role (preferred).
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems).
