    Job Overview:

    The Sr. Recruitment Manager is responsible for leading and managing the complete recruitment function, including strategy, service delivery, technology integration, and compliance. The role focuses on driving profitability, strengthening client relationships, enhancing candidate experience, and ensuring the use of modern recruitment tools and methodologies. This position plays a key role in organizational talent planning, operational excellence, and long-term workforce effectiveness.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.

    Manage budgets, P&L, revenue growth, and client retention

    Strengthen the client relationships and ensure service excellence.

    Oversee end-to-end hiring across executive search, outsourcing, and internal recruitment.
    Ensure timely closure of positions with high-quality candidates.

    Monitor KPIs and improve sourcing effectiveness using data and technology.

    Stay updated on labor market trends and salary benchmarks.

    Improve candidate experience and diversify sourcing channels.

    Utilize ATS, AI tools, assessments, and digital recruitment platforms.

    Integrate recruitment tools into People-is process flow.

    Build partnerships to access specialized talent pools.

    Promote data-driven hiring decisions.

    Manage recruitment services within defined SLAs.

    Ensure accurate documentation, high offer acceptance rates, and audit compliance.
    Enhance hiring manager satisfaction through efficient processes.

    Education & Experience:

    Master’s in Business Administration
    More than 10 Years of relevant experience

    HRMS/HRIS
    ATS
    Recruitment Analytics & Reporting
    Sourcing Tools & Platforms
