Job Summary/Objective:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead, Motivate, and Deliver:
- Provide hands-on leadership that energizes and aligns the team. You will be the role model,fostering a high-performance culture of accountability and ambition. Take full ownership of outcomes.
- Lead by example by diving into deals, driving closures, and removing obstacles for the team. Inspire collective action by setting a clear vision and maintaining a high-energy, results-oriented environment.
- Mentor direct sales reps in the benefits and best practices of partner collaboration.
2. Develop & Execute Partner Strategy:
- Develop a regional partner map outlining current capabilities, capacity, and gaps.
- Build a regional partner business plan with quantified goals and milestones to achieve partner-influenced revenue metrics. Identify, recruit, and onboard key local and global partners required to meet/exceed plan goals.
- Align with the corporate Business Development team to execute strategic partner GTM plays and provide feedback into partner programs.
- Facilitate the development of advanced partner solutions to drive revenue growth.
3. Drive Sales Execution & Pipeline Management:
- Drive proactive sales opportunity generation, pipeline management, and deal closure in coordination with partner teams. Maintain and report an accurate partner sales forecast in SFDC with 4x pipeline coverage.
- Guide complex deal cycles from lead generation through high-value negotiations. Manage regular business reviews with priority partners and internal teams to track success criteria.
4. Foster Market Growth & Solution Focus:
- Deeply understand the Data & AI ecosystem and Private AI trends to articulate clear partner success criteria.
- Leverage market intelligence to identify new opportunities and refine competitive positioning.
Requirements:
- 10+ years experience in direct and channel/alliance sales with quantifiable results.
- Seeking a hands-on leader who gets things done independently and has a proven record of driving revenue while motivating and energizing high-performing teams.
- Must have a deep understanding of the Data & AI ecosystem and a demonstrated ability to build and execute partner business plans with global partners like HPE, Nvidia, IBM, and Dell for GTM in Private AI.
- Track record must show an ability to meet or exceed sales objectives bygenerating new business through partners.

- Proven experience driving global and regional partnerships for joint solution development, market expansion, and revenue growth.Ability to mentor direct sales reps on partner collaboration best practices.

- We are seeking an experienced and qualified Head of Accounts to lead the accounting and financial reporting function of our Pakistan-based stock brokerage firm.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accounting team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing financial insights to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the accounting team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements and bank reconciliation.
- Monthly working of dealers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including SECP, PSX, and CDC regulations.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
- Oversee and posting client payments/ receipts, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports to regulatory authorities.
- Collaborate with other departments, including trading, sales, and compliance, to ensure alignment and resolve issues.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
