    We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Risk and Control Analyst

    In this role, you will be:

    • Maintain and enhance Excel-based templates, trackers and dashboards.
    • Develop basic automation solutions using Excel, Power Query to reduce manual intervention.
    • Produce regular and ad-hoc Non-Financial Risk reports and dashboards for senior management and governance forums.
    • Consolidate, validate, and format various data sets for reporting forums as per requirement.
    • Ensure timeliness, accuracy and consistency of Management Information across all reporting cycles.
    • Liaise with market heads, desk heads and business risk teams to interpret data and derive insights for risk management.
    • Ensure adherence to data quality, governance, and confidentiality standards.

    To be successful, You will:

    • Strong proficiency in advance excel – pivot tables, nested formulas, macros, Power Query, Power Pivot
    • Working knowledge of Structured Query Language or Python for data manipulation and automation.
    • Experience with Power Business Intelligence or Tableau for dashboard creation is an advantage.
    • Ability to interpret large data sets, identify trends, and summarize key insights.
    • Detail oriented with strong data validation and quality assurance skills. Understanding of Non-Financial Risk domains.
    • Familiarity with risk taxonomies, Key Risk Indicator frameworks, and control monitoring processes preferred. Educated to graduate level 
    • Experience in data analysis, automation, or reporting. Basic understanding of operational risk and controls, prior exposure to non-financial risk management, operational risk, or compliance data will be an advantage. Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint experience.
