    Job Description

    HOF Migration is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our immigration and visa services, generating new leads, and converting prospects into loyal clients. Your efforts will directly contribute to the company’s growth by providing expert guidance to individuals seeking to relocate abroad. The ideal candidate is proactive, target-oriented, and skilled at building strong client relationships while collaborating effectively within a team environment.

    Key Responsibilities
    – Reach out to potential clients using phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
    – Conduct consultations to explain various immigration options and assess client eligibility.
    – Follow up with leads and guide them through the sales funnel to conversion.
    – Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
    – Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    – Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and service agreements accurately and promptly.
    – Stay updated on current immigration programs and application procedures to provide accurate advice.
    – Keep the CRM system updated with all client interactions and sales activities.
    – Collaborate closely with processing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
    – Participate in marketing and business development initiatives as needed.
    – Provide regular feedback to management regarding market trends and customer needs.

    Required Qualifications
    – Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
    – 1 to 3 years of sales experience; experience in the immigration industry is an advantage.
    – Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence clients effectively.
    – Proven track record of meeting sales targets and converting leads into clients.
    – Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team.
    – Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
    – Good organizational skills and effective time management.
    – Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software tools.
    – Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
