Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures, coordinating with various departments, and addressing guest concerns or feedback promptly. You will be responsible for staff training, resource allocation, and contributing to the development of strategies to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

    • Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills to handle guest feedback and ensure an excellent customer experience
    • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards, policies, and regulations

    • Experience in staff training, scheduling, and resource management
    • A relevant degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is a plus
    • Previous professional experience in a hospitality management or supervisory role
    • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
