    EPOSMATIC, a fast-growing restaurant management software company operating in Pakistan and the UAE, is looking for a dedicated Support & Data Entry Specialist to join its Islamabad team. This full-time position plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless client operations by providing timely customer support and managing accurate data for restaurant clients. The ideal candidate will help improve customer satisfaction by resolving software-related issues efficiently and maintaining up-to-date backend information.

    Key Responsibilities
    Provide first-level customer support primarily through calls and WhatsApp, addressing queries related to the software. Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving any issues they encounter. Maintain data accuracy by updating restaurant menus, pricing, staff details, and other relevant information promptly. Follow up with clients after resolving their issues to ensure satisfaction and confirm closure.

    Required Qualifications
    A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required. Candidates should have proven experience in customer support or data entry roles. Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Excel, Google Sheets, and other data entry platforms is essential. Strong communication skills in both English and Urdu, including spoken and written abilities, are necessary. The role demands the ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are important. A proactive mindset, positive attitude, and ability to work collaboratively within a team are also key.
