About the job Team Head Sales & Services Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets across outsourcing, business development, facility/event management, executive search, and consulting.
- Prepare and manage annual/quarterly sales budgets and oversee daily lead management (Bitrix).
- Drive new client acquisition while ensuring 98% client retention through strong relationship management.
- Ensure compliance, accurate documentation, and timely project delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
- 6-8 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong track record in meeting sales targets and managing teams.
- Proficiency in CRM/lead generation tools and excellent communication skills.
