Goldline, a well-established UK-based transportation provider, is recognized for delivering reliable and high-quality coach services with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and punctuality. As the company continues to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and skilled Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This position requires excellent English communication skills, sales experience, and proficiency in using Coach Manager software to ensure smooth interactions and efficient operations with our UK customers.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat channels. Provide clear and detailed information regarding services, pricing, and the booking process. Professionally handle and resolve customer complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels. Support sales initiatives by promoting services and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings. Work closely with the UK office to coordinate operations and ensure seamless service delivery. Utilize Coach Manager software for managing bookings and tracking service status. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions. Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the overall customer experience.
Required Qualifications
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are essential. Previous experience in customer service or sales roles is required. Proficiency with Coach Manager software is a must. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are necessary to handle customer concerns effectively. Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently is important for success in this role.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Knowledge of coach service operations will be considered an advantage. A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory. Experience working as a CSR in an international company environment is desirable. Familiarity with UK English conventions is preferred to better serve the clientele. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs45,000 to Rs100,000 per month, depending on experience. Candidates will have the opportunity to work with a growing UK-based company and develop their skills in a dynamic international setting. Flexible working hours aligned with UK time zones are provided. Preference will be given to candidates who can commute to or relocate in Dadyal Khurd. This is a full-time, in-person role requiring willingness to work night shifts as needed.
