We are looking for a motivated Social Media Marketer to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have practical experience managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Ads and Google Ads. This role requires creating engaging and varied content—including text, images, videos, stories, and reels—to effectively promote our brand across multiple social media channels. The successful candidate will focus on generating leads and converting them into long-term clients, playing a key role in driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage paid social media advertising campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
- Develop creative and compelling content tailored for various social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
- Generate leads through targeted campaigns and nurture these leads to build lasting client relationships.
- Utilize graphic design and video editing tools such as Canva and Photoshop to produce high-quality visuals and videos.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance regularly to ensure efficient use of budget and resources.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure social media strategies align with overall business objectives.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience running paid ad campaigns on Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong content creation skills across multiple formats, including text, images, videos, stories, and reels.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software, specifically Canva and Photoshop.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize performance for improved results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work on-site in Lahore during standard business hours (10:00 am to 6:00 pm).
