Job description
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Proposal Engineer – Electrical to join our engineering team in Lahore, Pakistan.
The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing technical and commercial proposals, BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documentation for electrical projects.
You will work closely with engineering and procurement teams to ensure accurate proposal preparation and support pre-sales activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing technical & commercial proposals for electrical projects
- Reviewing and analyzing client requirements, drawings, and specifications
- Preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and pricing sheets
- Coordinating with engineering and procurement teams for proposal accuracy
- Preparing tender documents and ensuring timely submission
- Responding to RFQs, RFPs, and technical inquiries
- Supporting internal teams with pre-sales and technical documentation
Skills
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- 2–3 years of experience as a Proposal Engineer (Electrical)
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, drawings, and estimation
- Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in preparing BOQs, proposals, and tender-related documents
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
